Reflection on Audience
The information of my reader and audience profiles were significant as they helped me design and alter my magazine.
This will support my ideas about my design and content. My proposal is to create a male lifestyle magazine that will help people with particular articles and elements of the magazine. To do this, the audience and reader profiles were used to guide me to amend my products.

My views towards my Inspirations
I feel happy to have done extensive research into the inspirations section of my blog. This part of the blog has influenced my ideas on mastheads, colours, fonts etc. to create a professional and unique magazine. Furthermore, as well as develop my ideas, the research has also developed my perspective towards creating a magazine, looking at various magazines, billboards etc, to grasp influence from other male magazines.

Focus Group
Due to filming complications, I was unable to upload the video of myself conducting an interview with a focus group. However, a transcript has been made of the interview as proof that the group interview took place and how I in depth, researched to create my product. In retrospect of my target audience interview, this interview will be used to again find out the positives and negatives of my product.
What parts of this magazine front cover appeals to you the most?
"I like the structure the most. All the text is placed perfect to link with the main image, which is a very cool shot to show how relaxed the model is and the purpose of the magazine. I also like how the font style in the text and how they are designed to be professional and high quality."
Do you think the fact that the magazine is regional is better or worse than a normal, location-free magazine?
"It s difficult to decide. I do like the fact this magazine sways to a region more as it gives full attention to a given region. However, I think this is restrictive of how the product branches out to the audience and can quite limit the audience peak."
Compared to other male magazines, does this one live up to other such as GQ?
"As an advocate reader of GQ, I do think some aspects of the magazine do compare well to the likes of GQ. I do like how the front cover shares similar conventions. However, the double page spread does differ from a traditional male magazine and lacks conventions that are usually applied to one"
If this magazine was sold for £3, would you buy it?
"I think based on the four pages provided and that this detail is consistent, £3 does seem fair. I think most magazines are roughly that same price too so it is rather fair."
What features in a magazine would appeal to you?
"Stuff like food, technology and fashion interest me the most, those would be the articles that would stand out to me."
And finally, do you believe this magazine is a success?
"I think I would buy it yes. There are some elements of the magazine that need improvements but if it was on the shelf of my corner shop I would definitely be intrigued."
